Angels

In the last week since I've had my new camera, 2 pictures have jumped out at me.
I realized that they both evoke the same feeling in me.
WONDER.
Wonder from both sides of the life spectrum.
At 7 months. At 91 years.
If you can keep that wonder...even slightly...between those 2 points in your life...that's as close to nirvana as I can comprehend.


I am awed by the gifts of these two teachers: Baby Em and Grandpa Caleb.

maybe this is all just part of life. maybe the middle of it all is just learning to see things with wonder again.

I agree with Jim... I think childhood is the time to wonder and learn about all around you... and old age is time to appreciate and value all that you have learned...
You are very lucky to be surrounded by the people you are.
